Today pretend you are a pirate sailing on the sea. Maybe you could do that in your pool, bathtub or just on the ground or in your chair. Can you imagine walking the plank? Imagine you are walking the plank on your ship with water below you. You don’t want to fall off! Be steady with one foot in front of the other! You could use a long board if you have one, but if you don’t that’s ok. Just draw a line on the sidewalk, lay sticks on the ground in a straight line, or in the you could even put a line of tape on the floor.
Practice walking your plank with one foot in front of the other. When you are practiced put on a blindfold and walk your plank balancing yourself and don’t fall in your imaginary sea!**Today pretend you are a pirate and are on a deserted island. **Go on a treasure hunt: Walk around your yard, around your neighborhood, park with your parents. See what treasures you can find.
